目的评价Vitapex糊剂治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎的治疗效果。方法选择患有急慢性根尖周炎需要进行根管治疗的乳磨牙178颗共114人,将患牙按就诊顺序随机分为两组,两组均行常规根管治疗术,实验组93颗患牙采用日本森田株式会社生产的Vitapex糊剂根充,对照组93颗患牙用上海第二医科大学医学材料厂生产的氧化锌丁香油糊剂根充,根充后每半年复查,拍X线片观察根充情况,随访2年后观察疗效。结果术后2年实验组6颗患牙失败,成功率93.3%;对照组26颗患牙失败,成功率70.5%,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论 Vitapex糊剂治疗乳磨牙根尖周炎是更适合于临床的行之有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Vitapex paste on periapical periodontitis. Methods 178 cases with 114 cases of primary molars with acute and chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.
