采用理论分析与实践案例相结合的方法,分析管道弹簧支吊架的选型。简述弹簧支吊架的应用和分类,指出2类弹簧支吊架的主要特点。分析弹簧支吊架在不同工作状态下对管道的作用力,提出管系吊零原则,指出刚度校验的理论依据,研究地震时弹簧支吊架对管道的作用。最后以某核电厂主蒸汽管道的弹吊选型作为工程实例,描述了弹簧支吊架的选型过程。
The method of combining theoretical analysis and practical case is used to analyze the selection of the pipe spring hanger. The application and classification of spring hangers are briefly described, and the main features of spring hangers of category 2 are pointed out. The force of the spring hanger under different working conditions is analyzed, and the principle of hanging the pipe is proposed. The theoretical basis of stiffness verification is pointed out and the effect of the spring hanger on the pipeline is studied. Finally, taking the selection of the elastic type of the main steam pipe of a nuclear power plant as an example, the selection process of the spring support and hanger is described.
