目的建立测定加味八珍益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量。方法采用薄层扫描法测定盐酸水苏碱含量,硅胶G薄层预制板,正丁醇-盐酸-乙酸乙酯(8 3 1)溶液为展开剂,测定波长510nm,Sx=3反射式锯齿扫描。结果盐酸水苏碱点样量在4.43-11.07μg间和吸收度积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.08%,RSD=2.49%。结论薄层扫描法便捷、灵敏、准确,可作为加味八珍益母颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Modified Bazhou Yimu Granule. Methods TLCS method was used to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride. The thin layer of silica gel G prefabricated plate and n-butanol-hydrochloric acid-ethyl acetate (8 3 1) solution were used as developing solvent. . Results The stained sample of stachydrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship with the integral value of absorbance between 4.43-11.07 μg, with an average recovery of 100.08% and a RSD of 2.49%. Conclusion The TLC method is convenient, sensitive and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for flavored Bazhen Yimu granule.
