[目的]探讨心肌微环境因素对高转移潜能鼻咽癌细胞的影响。[方法]原代培养新生Wistar大鼠心肌细胞,用MTT法比较心肌细胞条件性上清液(CMCM)对高转移潜能鼻咽癌细胞的体外抑制作用。以顺铂作为CMCM的阳性对照,以正常细胞鼠肾小球系膜细胞作为鼻咽癌细胞的阴性对照。[结果]鼻咽癌细胞与不同浓度的CMCM共同培养后,细胞存活率明显下降(P<0.05),而对正常细胞鼠肾小球系膜细胞存活率无明显影响(P>0.05)。[结论]新生大鼠心肌细胞条件培养液可选择性地抑制鼻咽癌细胞的增殖。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of myocardial microenvironment on high metastatic potential nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. [Method] Primary cultured neonatal Wistar rat cardiomyocytes were cultured in vitro. The inhibitory effect of conditioned medium (CMCM) on highly metastatic potential NPC cells was compared by MTT assay. Cisplatin was used as a positive control of CMCM, and normal cell glomerular mesangial cells were used as a negative control for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. [Results] After co-cultured with different concentrations of CMCM, the cell survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells was significantly decreased (P <0.05), while the survival rate of normal rat glomerular mesangial cells had no significant effect (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Neonatal rat cardiomyocytes conditioned medium can selectively inhibit the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
