用面间力常数模型计算了（０００１）方向纤锌矿结构ＧａＮ与ＡＩＮ的纵向振动特性．并利用该模型对（０００１）方向生长的六角结构的ＧａＮ／ＡＩＮ超晶格的纵向声子态进行了研究．着重讨论了超晶格声子的限制效应．
The longitudinal vibration characteristics of wurtzite GaN and AIN in (0001) direction were calculated by the force constant model. The longitudinal phonon state of the hexagonal GaN / AIN superlattice grown in the (0001) direction was studied by using this model. The restriction effect of superlattice phonon is mainly discussed.
