单眼挫伤性前房积血继发青光眼 14眼中男 10例 ,女 4例 ,右眼 9例 ,左眼 5例 ,5～ 5 4岁 ,17岁以下学生 9例 ,占 6 4 3%。拳击伤 5例 ,球类、石块伤 6例 ,跌撞伤 3例。按出血量Ⅳ级划分 ,本组病例均为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级 ,经保守治疗 5ｄ以上积血吸收不明显 ,视力为光感 ,眼压在 2 8 0 1
