目的分析延边地区农村居民正常高值血压检出率及其危险因素。方法采用简单随机方法,选取吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州安图县农村20~70岁朝鲜族与汉族常住居民,进行问卷调查、血压测量、体格检查及生化指标检测,分析其正常高值血压检出率及其影响因素。结果共调查5 903人,其中朝鲜族居民正常高值血压粗检出率为33.5%,汉族居民为39.0%,年龄调整后的标化检出率分别为40.9%和40.5%;其中朝鲜族居民正常高值血压标化检出率高于汉族居民(u=6.9,P<0.01);男性标化检出率高于女性(朝鲜族:u=93.8,P<0.01;汉族:u=65.8,P<0.01);正常高值血压检出率随年龄增加呈逐渐降低趋势(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,男性、年龄较低、超重或肥胖者、目前饮酒者、多种心血管疾病危险因素聚集者和朝鲜族等因素,与正常高值血压患病相关性较大,其中年龄及体质指数(BMI)对正常高值血压的影响均具有剂量-反应关系。结论正常高值血压患病在延边州农村居民中较普遍,性别、年龄、超重或肥胖、饮酒、代谢综合征和民族与正常高值血压的患病密切相关。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of high blood pressure and its risk factors among rural residents in Yanbian area. Methods A simple random method was used to select the Korean residents aged 20-70 years and the Han residents in rural Antu County, Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province for questionnaire survey, blood pressure measurement, physical examination and biochemical tests. Conclusion The prevalence of normal high blood pressure is more common among rural residents in Yanbian prefecture. Sex, age, overweight or obesity, alcohol consumption, metabolic syndrome and ethnic prevalence are closely related to the normal high blood pressure.
