在电力企业中,绩效管理作为一种主要的人力资源管理模式,在完善电力企业人力资源管理、保证电力企业稳定运行以及提高社会的经济效益上发挥着巨大的作用。本文通过分析电力企业绩效管理的现状,总结了当前电力企业绩效管理中存在的问题,针对这些问题提出了对应的解决电力企业绩效管理的措施,来进一步完善电力企业的绩效管理制度,提升员工的工作积极性,从整体上提升企业的经济效益,实现企业经济效益的最大化。
