用厌学情绪量表及心理健康诊断测检 (MHT)对武汉市某小学三~四年级部分学生及五年级全体学生进行心理卫生情况调查。共查出有情绪问题儿童 49名 ,其中男生 2 7名 ,女生 2 2名 ,均有不同程度的厌学情绪及焦虑倾向。对上述儿童进行为期 1 2周的集体心理辅导 ,内容主要包括树立自信、体验快乐与成功、非语言情感交流、正确发泄愤怒等 ,以期通过每周一次的心理辅导活动帮助同学树立自信心 ,培养自控能力 ,促进同学间的交往和友谊 ,密切师生关系 ,改善不良情绪。 1 2周后重测厌学情绪量表和MHT。结果表明 ,学生厌学情绪和焦虑倾向均明显下降 ,干预达到了预期的效果
Using the Weary Learning Scale and Mental Health Diagnostic Test (MHT) to investigate the mental health status of some students in grade three to grade four and grade five in a primary school in Wuhan. A total of 49 children with emotional problems were found, including 27 boys and 22 girls, all with varying degrees of weariness and anxiety. The 12-week collective counseling for these children mainly includes establishing self-confidence, experiencing happiness and success, exchanging non-verbal feelings, excreting anger correctly, and so on, so as to help students to build their self-confidence through the weekly psychological counseling activities and cultivate Self-control ability to promote exchanges and friendship between students, close relations between teachers and students, improve bad feelings. 1 2 weeks after retesting the School of Hygience Emotional Scale and MHT. The results show that students are tired of school-oriented emotions and anxiety were significantly decreased, the intervention achieved the desired effect
