以6082-T6铝和商业纯铜为对象,研究了Al-Cu的连续驱动摩擦焊,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析技术分析了焊接界面的微结构。结果表明,接头的拉伸强度比铝母材的强度高3.8%。焊接接头的拉伸断裂位置发生在铝侧,断裂形貌表明失效形式为韧窝状结构的韧性断裂。
The continuous drive friction welding of Al-Cu was studied with 6082-T6 aluminum and commercial pure copper. The microstructure of the welding interface was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the tensile strength of the joint is 3.8% higher than the strength of the aluminum base metal. Tensile fracture location of the welded joint occurs on the aluminum side, and the fracture morphology shows that the failure mode is the ductile fracture of the dimple structure.
