His novels are welcomed not only by the popularity and media effects, but by the social and practical significance implied in the work itself. His work is directed at creative writing techniques to address the shortcomings of Korean society in this era. This paper analyzes the characters and structure of Park Chan Kui’s works “Castella”, analyzes the literary and practical significance of Park Kui-kue’s works and its influence on the Korean literature in the 21st century.
