测定54例正常单胎足月妊娠的新生儿脐动、静脉血及其中27例母肘静脉血的pH,PCO2,PO2,HCO3-,BE及Sat·O2值,探讨输注葡萄液对上述各血气值的影响.结果:母亲输注葡萄糖液可使新生儿血pH值和血氧饱和度降低,严重时可致新生儿酸中毒.脐静脉血血氧饱和度与新生儿出生时Apgar评分呈正相关.母肘静脉血与新生儿脐静脉血的血氧饱和度之间呈正的直线相关.结果表明:分娩期输注葡萄糖液对母肘静脉血血气值无明显影响.胎儿脐静脉血血氧饱和度可作为评价新生儿状况的一种辅助指标.
To determine the values of pH, PCO2, PO2, HCO3-, BE and Sat · O2 in 54 umbilical artery and venous blood of newborns and 27 cases of mother elbow venous blood in 54 normal singletonic term pregnancies. Blood gas effects. Results: Mother’s infusion of glucose solution can reduce neonatal blood pH and oxygen saturation, can cause neonatal acidosis in severe cases. Umbilical venous blood oxygen saturation and neonatal Apgar score was positively correlated. Positive elbow venous blood and neonatal umbilical blood oxygen saturation was positively correlated. The results showed that: infusion of glucose solution during childbirth on the elbow vein blood gas had no significant effect. Fetal umbilical venous blood oxygen saturation can be used as a secondary indicator of neonatal status.
