根据贮箱式冷气释放机构的工作原理,利用热力学模型理论建立释放过程的内弹道模型,模型中考虑了真实气体参数、释放筒间隙漏气及释放物旋转等因素。根据模型编制计算程序,开展不同充填压力下的释放试验,并测量出被释放物的出筒速度,计算结果与试验结果符合较好。试验结果验证了模型的合理性,为贮箱式冷气释放机构设计提供了理论研究方法。
According to the operating principle of tank-type air-conditioning unit, the internal-ballistic model of the release process is established by using the thermodynamic model theory. The model takes into account factors such as real gas parameters, air leakage in the cylinder and release material rotation. According to the model compilation calculation program, the release test under different filling pressures was carried out, and the discharge speed of the discharged product was measured. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The test results verify the rationality of the model and provide a theoretical research method for the design of tank-type air-conditioners.
