用醇盐法制备Cu-ZnO/SiO_2催化剂.该催化剂在甲醇脱氢合成甲酸甲酯反应中的活性和稳定性均优于浸渍法和离子交换法制备的Cu-ZnO/SiO_2催化剂.根据差示扫描量热图谱和程序升温还原图谱的测定,研究了焙烧温度及还原温度对催化活性的影响,并对ZnO的助催化性能进行了研究.
Cu-ZnO / SiO 2 catalyst was prepared by alkoxide method.The activity and stability of Cu-ZnO / SiO 2 catalyst in the reaction of methanol dehydrogenation to methyl formate were better than Cu-ZnO / SiO 2 catalyst prepared by impregnation method and ion exchange method.According to the difference Scanning calorimetry and temperature-programmed reduction spectra were investigated. The effects of calcination temperature and reduction temperature on the catalytic activity were investigated. The catalytic activity of ZnO was also studied.
