本文对我国半刚性等级公路路面结构的早期病害特点以及骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石基层进行了分析。过高的基层强度和模量不利于半刚性路面结构的整体受力,而且会导致基层发生严重的干缩和温缩开裂。合理设计强度与模量,能更加充分的发挥不同结构层的潜能,使得路面结构的疲劳寿命得以延长。在实际的工程中,选取骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石基层能够防止病害发生,延长等级公路运营寿命。
In this paper, the characteristics of early stage of semi-rigid grade highway pavement structure and the skeleton compact concrete stabilized macadam were analyzed. Excessive grassroots strength and modulus are not conducive to the overall force of semi-rigid pavement structure, but also lead to severe dry shrinkage and temperature cracking of the grass-roots level. Reasonable design strength and modulus, can more fully play the potential of different structural layers, making the fatigue life of pavement structure can be extended. In the actual project, the selection of skeleton compact cement stabilized gravel can prevent the occurrence of diseases and extend the operating life of grade highway.
