目的研究分析问题管理模式对于神经内科患者护理管理质量的影响效果。方法 60例神经内科患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用问题管理模式。对比两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪以及满意度。结果护理后,两组患者焦虑与抑郁情况评分均有明显改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题管理模式可以显著提高神经内科患者的护理管理质量,临床应用效果十分明显,值得应用与推广。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of problem management mode on the quality of nursing management in patients with neurology. Methods Sixty patients with neurology were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing mode and observation group adopted problem management mode. Before and after care, anxiety and depression were compared between two groups of patients with satisfaction and satisfaction. Results After nursing, the score of anxiety and depression in both groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The problem management mode can significantly improve the quality of nursing management in patients with neurology. The clinical application of the results is very obvious and it is worthy of application and promotion.
