It is known from literature [1, 2] that aluminum is a graphite-like BN catalyst transformed into a cubic BN variant. The β-BN process of adding A1 powder into the α-BN raw material to convert it into cubic can be carried out under lower pressure.In addition, it is reported in literature [3] that A1 is soluble in the β-BN lattice. This work proposed to identify the phase transition of BN at high temperature and high pressure catalytic properties of A1 and in this condition β-BN generator
