基于APBUT3的彩色图像压缩编码与抗噪性研究

为实现彩色图像的有效压缩,并且能达到较好的抑制噪声的目的,本文采用了一种基于全相位双正交三次U变换的新算法。首先,给原始图像分别加上高斯噪声和椒盐噪声,然后,将含有噪声的彩色图像由RGB空间转换到YUV空间,利用APBUT3矩阵作为变换矩阵对YUV的三个分量进行压缩编码,编码时对变换系数可采用均匀量化,能降低算法的时间复杂度。实验结果表明,在相同压缩比的情况下,APBUT3变换抗高斯噪声的效果与D
