据报道,青蒿素栓剂对无并发症的及严重的疟疾(脑型)均有较好的疗效。作者于1989年2～6月在越南对62例急性恶性疟患者用青蒿素栓剂及口服奎宁进行了随机比较研究。
It has been reported that artemisinin suppositories have a good effect on uncomplicated and severe malaria (brain type). The authors conducted a randomized study of 62 cases of acute falciparum malaria with artemisinin suppositories and oral quinine in Vietnam from February to June 1989.
