检测306名5~6岁学龄前儿童的牙菌斑,从226名中分离到变链菌,阳性率为73.86%,其中患龋组208名,变链菌阳性率为91.83%;无龋组98名,变链菌阳性率为35.71%。将儿童牙菌斑中分离出的366株变链菌用双向琼脂扩散法进行血清学鉴定,其中c、e、f血清型菌株数分别为217、49、32;未定型的有68株。分析变链菌c、e、f血清型与龋病的关系,其比值比(OR)分别为5.6、2.19、2.1。提示变链菌c、e、f型均与儿童患龋病有联系,但以c型联系强度最大。
A total of 306 dental plaques were detected in 306 preschool children aged 5 to 6 years. Streptococcus mutans were isolated from 226 infants. The positive rate was 73.86%, of which 208 were caries-bearing patients. The positive rate of Streptococcus mutans was 91.83% 98, Streptococcus mutans positive rate was 35.71%. Streptococcus mutans of 366 isolates isolated from children’s plaque were identified by two-dimensional agar diffusion method, among which serotypes of c, e and f were 217, 49 and 32, respectively. Analysis Streptococcus mutans c, e, f serotypes and caries relationship, the odds ratio (OR) were 5.6,2.19,2.1. Tip mutans streptococci c, e, f-type are associated with children suffering from dental caries, but to c-type contact strength maximum.
