建立了计算材料表面激光热处理温度场有限元程序,以薄板为例讨论了边界条件的选取,研究了激光功率和工件移动速度对温度场的影响并与半解计算进行了比较。
The finite element program for calculating temperature field of laser heat treatment on material surface was set up. The selection of the boundary conditions was discussed with the thin plate as an example. The influence of laser power and workpiece moving speed on the temperature field was studied and compared with the semi-solution calculation.
