目的 1.探讨急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)时肾实质背向散射积分(IBS)的变化情况。2.探讨ARF时肾实质IBS改变与病理改变的关系;3.分析ARF时肾实质IBS改变与超声其它参数的相关性。 资料与方法 日本大耳白兔20只,体重2100~2300g,兔后腿肌注50%的甘油12~15ml/kg,建立急性肾小管坏死性ARF动物模型,分别于注药前(T_0)、注药后1、3、5…13天(T_1…T_(13))共8个时间点行超声检查,超声检查后沿兔耳缘静脉抽血1毫升测定血Cr、BUN,在每个时间点处死1只兔子,并取出肾脏送病理检查,经血Cr、BUN及病理检查所有兔子均于给药1~3天内发生了不同程度的ARF。使用HP 5500超声诊断仪,探头频率3~6MHz和3~8MHz,检查中仪器设置
Objective 1. To investigate the changes of renal parenchymal backscatter (IBS) in patients with acute renal failure (ARF).
