目的:研究苍术挥发油的提取与β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取苍术挥发油,并用超声法对苍术挥发油进行β-环糊精包合。结果:苍术挥发油最佳提取工艺为取40目苍术药材用8倍量的水浸泡30min,提取6h,包合的最佳工艺为挥发油:环糊精为1:9,加90倍量的水,超声包合45min。结论:筛选的提取工艺挥发油提取率高,包合工艺包合率高,操作简单,工艺稳定。
Objective: To study the optimal technology of β-cyclodextrin inclusion in the extraction of volatile oil from Atractylodes lancea. Methods: Volatile oil from Atractylodes macrocephala was extracted by steam distillation and β-cyclodextrin inclusion was performed on the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala using ultrasonic method. Results: The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Atractylodes lancea was 40-mesh Cangzhu medicinal materials soaked in 8 times water for 30 min, extracted for 6 h, and the optimum technology for inclusion was volatile oil: cyclodextrin was 1:9, plus 90 times water. Ultrasound inclusion 45min. Conclusion: The extraction process of the screening has high extraction rate of volatile oil, high inclusion rate of the inclusion process, simple operation, and stable process.
