近十年来,特别是文化大革命以来,在大、中型贮木场卸、归、装等作业中,先后自行设计、制造了一批适于木材生产特点的装卸桥和龙门吊,尤其是用料较省的轻型桁架结构的装卸桥和龙门吊,发展十分迅速。目前,仍有不少贮木场正在进行设计、制造与吊装。为了适应这一需要,现将柴河、壮志两贮木场的有关装卸桥、龙门吊吊装的两种方法简介如下。1.中点吊装法将单龙门架杆置于主梁跨中重心处,龙门架杆的横向位置视起重机的形式而定,单梁单小车时,将主梁置于龙门架杆的两个立柱之间;双梁双小车的起重机,多为起吊长大件的货物而设计,两主梁间的间距较大,故龙门架杆的两个立柱通常置于两主梁之间。
