众所周知,维生素是目前维持人类机体正常代谢不可或缺的营养元素。它可以有效调节机体的新陈代谢,确保机体的各项身理代谢正常,但是,维生素在体内不能大量合成,即便合成也是极其微量的,因此,为了满足机体的需求,必须从外界获取。依据维生素的溶解性质,可以将其划分为脂溶性和水溶性两大类,其中水溶性包括:VB类、VC类等,脂溶性维生素包括:VA、VD、VE等。本文就维生素的理化性质、营养学研究、来源分配总全面阐述。
It is well-known that vitamins are nutrients that are indispensable to the normal metabolism of human body. It can effectively regulate the body’s metabolism, to ensure that the body’s metabolism is normal, but vitamins in the body can not be synthesized in large quantities, even if the synthesis is extremely trace, therefore, in order to meet the needs of the body, must be obtained from the outside world. According to the nature of the dissolution of vitamins, it can be divided into fat-soluble and water-soluble two categories, including water-soluble include: VB class, VC class, fat-soluble vitamins include: VA, VD, VE and so on.
