目的:测定甲磺酸左氧氟沙星片、盐酸左氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液的含量。方法:采用差示紫外分光光度法,能消除敷料及分解产物的干扰。溶剂为0.1 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液及0.1 mol·L-1盐酸溶液,检测波长为298 nm。结果:左氧氟沙星的线性范围3-15μg·ml-1,平均回收率、RSD分别为101.2%、0.42%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To determine the content of levofloxacin mesylate tablets and levofloxacin hydrochloride glucose injection. Methods: Differential UV spectrophotometry can eliminate the interference of dressing and decomposition products. The solvent was 0.1 mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution and 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid solution. The detection wavelength was 298 nm. Results: The linear range of levofloxacin was 3-15μg · ml-1, with an average recovery of 101.2% and RSD of 0.42%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as quality control method of the preparation.
