加强社区教育团队管理,提升基层社区教育团队的凝聚力和战斗力,对推进社区教育向深层次和内涵化方向发展具有重要意义。本文从团队的概念与基本要素入手引出社区教育团队的五个特点:团队目标的公益性和持续性、团队组织结构的扁平化和开放性、团队成员的全面性和合作意识、团队领导的领导艺术和人格魅力、团队激励的针对性和非物质性。提出了加强社区教育团队建设的五方面策略与思考:制定科学合理的目标并形成共同愿景;结合团队成员的专长进行合理的分工;借助集体智慧谋划,整合团队资源攻坚;科学合理的授权指导与激励;营造团结和谐的工作环境与氛围。同时指出五个方面的策略能否得到落实,关键在于领导人的综合素质和人格魅力。
Strengthening the management of community education team and enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of grass-roots community education team are of great significance to promoting community education in a deeper and more integrative direction. This essay begins with the concept and basic elements of a team, and starts with the five characteristics of a community education team: the commonweal and persistence of team goals, the flat and open organizational structure of the team, the comprehensiveness and sense of cooperation of team members and the leadership of team leaders Art and personality charisma, team motivation targeted and immaterial.
