目的:探讨银杏叶提取物(gingko biloba extract,EGB 761)对急性期溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠肠道炎症的调节作用。方法:30只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、EGB 761组,建立急性溃疡性结肠炎动物模型;观察小鼠一般情况及结肠病理学变化,免疫组织化学染色测定结肠组织TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-17炎性因子的变化。结果:经EGB761治疗后模型小鼠的一般情况及病理组织学均有明显改变,与模型组比较,EGB 761组结肠组织TNF-α、TGF-β、IL-17炎症因子染色减少。结论:可见EGB 761对急性期溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠结肠组织中的炎症具有调节作用。
Objective: To investigate the regulation effect of gingko biloba extract (EGB 761) on intestinal inflammation in mouse model of acute ulcerative colitis. Methods: Thirty mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and EGB 761 group. Animal models of acute ulcerative colitis were established. The general situation of mice and pathological changes of colon were observed. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of TNF-α , TGF-β, IL-17 inflammatory cytokines. Results: Compared with the model group, the EGB761 group had obvious changes in the general situation and histopathology of the model mice, and the staining of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, TGF-β and IL-17 in EGB 761 group decreased. CONCLUSIONS: It can be seen that EGB 761 regulates inflammation in the colon tissue of murine model of acute ulcerative colitis.
