研究了促进剂/硫磺和交联助剂/过氧化物用量配比对丁苯橡胶(SBR)硫化胶硫化特性、力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响。将促进剂/硫磺用量配比按照三种硫磺硫化体系进行对比研究,这三种硫化体系分别是普通硫化体系、半有效硫化体系(SEV)和有效硫化体系(EV)。甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)作为过氧化物的交联助剂,在提高过氧化物反应性能的同时,还能够提供离子键,ZDMA提供的离子键在两个聚合物大分子之间架桥,起到交联作用。ZDMA/过氧化物用量配比系数为变量,比值范围从 The effects of accelerator / sulfur and cross-linking aid / peroxide ratio on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties and heat aging resistance of SBR vulcanizates were investigated.
