随着临床对肠内营养(EN)支持的重视,EN与现代化信息技术接轨,避免人为差错造成医疗事故成为今后EN的必经之路。以下总结临床EN配制信息化闭环管理系统的设计和应用经验,阐释EN工作利用计算机信息化技术,确保EN支持的准确无误和病人安全的重要性。根据最终效果验证,EN的信息化管理可显著提高EN液配制的准确率,降低风险(错误)的发生率,并可显著提高工作效率,节约工作成本,达到无纸化办公的效果。
With the clinical emphasis on enteral nutrition (EN) support, EN has become a must for EN in the future with medical information technology in keeping with modern information technology and avoiding human error. The following summarizes the clinical EN information system design and application of closed-loop management system to explain the EN work using computer information technology to ensure the accuracy of EN support and the importance of patient safety. According to the final results, the EN information management can significantly improve the EN liquid preparation accuracy, reduce the risk (error) of the incidence, and can significantly improve the work efficiency, saving work costs, to achieve the effect of paperless office.
