根据卸压控制粉尘和除尘净化理论 ,对主溜井卸矿时的粉尘污染问题采取了综合治理技术措施。研究结果表明 ,溜井口的涌出风量可明显减少 ,净化后的空气含尘浓度达到新鲜风源标准。该项技术既控制了溜井卸矿所产生的暴风 ,又实现了循环风的再生使用 ,从根本上解决了溜井粉尘污染的难题。
According to the theory of pressure relief dust control and dust removal and purification, the comprehensive pollution prevention and control measures for the dust pollution during the main-shaft discharge are adopted. The results show that the amount of air flowing out of the slippery wellhead can be significantly reduced, and the dust concentration after purification reaches the fresh air source standard. The technology not only controls the storm generated by the chute mine unloading, but also realizes the recycling of circulating wind, and fundamentally solves the problem of dust pollution in the chute.
