以旱稻65(H65)及其与稗草远缘杂交后代YF2-1为材料,比较了两者之间的芽期、苗期的耐干旱胁迫能力的差异。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,YF2-1的芽期抗旱性以及苗期生长状况显著强于H65。由此可见,利用稗草有效基因的渗入是提高旱稻抗旱能力的有效途径。
The differences of drought tolerance ability between the two cultivars at the budding and seedling stages were compared with the hybrid rice H65 and its progeny YF2-1. The results showed that drought resistance and seedling growth of YF2-1 were significantly stronger than those of H65 under drought stress. Thus, the use of barnyardgrass efficient gene penetration is an effective way to improve drought tolerance in upriver.
