太平驿水电站为岷江上游继映秀湾开发后的第二个梯级电站,电站距成都97km,装机容量26万kW,年发电量15.7亿kW·h,总投资6.5亿元。其主要水工建筑物包括最大高度为22.5m的拦河闸,10.6km长的无压引水隧洞,以及尺寸69.25×20×41.91m的地下厂房。主要工程量有:土石方开挖185万m~3、混凝土及钢筋混凝土52万m~3、金属结构安装3127t。我院于1984年11月完成初步设计,1985年6月经水电部水利水电建设总局审查通过。本电站由中国华能集团公司、阿坝州政府和四川省电力局三方联合集资,根据有关文件规定,中国国际工程咨询公司受国家计委和中国华能集团公司委托,于1989
Taipingyi Hydropower Station is the second cascade hydropower station following the development of Yingxiu Bay in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River. The power station is 97km away from Chengdu with an installed capacity of 260MW and an annual generating capacity of 1.57 billion kWh, with a total investment of 650 million yuan. Its main hydraulic structures include a barrage with a maximum height of 22.5m, a 10.6km unpressurized diversion tunnel, and an underground workshop measuring 69.25 × 20 × 41.91m. The main works include excavation of 1.85 million m 3 earthwork, 520,000 m 3 concrete and reinforced concrete, and 3127t metal structures. Our hospital in November 1984 to complete the preliminary design, in June 1985 by the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Review passed. The power station is jointly financed by the tripartite parties of China Huaneng Group, Aba Prefecture Government and Sichuan Provincial Electric Power Bureau.
