本文报道了RP－HPLC法测定甲硝唑的含量，以外标峰面积定量，标准曲线方程为Y=7.541×106c＋2．793×103，r=0．9996，回收率100．06％，RSD=2．1％（n=6）。
In this paper, the content of metronidazole measured by RP-HPLC was measured by external standard peak area. The standard curve equation was Y = 7.541 × 106c + 2.793 × 103, r = 0.9996, the recovery was 100.06%, RSD was 2 .1% (n = 6).
