目的了解口腔正畸器械污染现状及其消毒质量情况,改进消毒方法。方法采用抽样检测方法,对某医院常用正畸器械进行了监测。结果病人使用后的牙科手机、三用枪头、末端切断钳和持针器上细菌检出阳性率为100%,菌数范围在2~2 355 cfu/件。检出的细菌主要是表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肠杆菌属、变形杆菌属、铜绿假单胞菌属;检出HBsAg总平均阳性率为7.9%。清洗干燥后的口腔正畸器械用20 g/L戊二醛消毒液浸泡120 min,每种器械上均可检出少数存活细菌,牙钻手机内腔尚可检出HBsAg阳性;经压力蒸汽灭菌的正畸器械全部合格。结论病人使用后的口腔正畸器械污染严重,清洗后的器械用戊二醛浸泡2 h达不到完全灭菌的要求。
Objective To understand the current status of orthodontic instruments and their disinfection quality and to improve disinfection methods. Methods Sampling methods were used to monitor the orthodontic instruments commonly used in a hospital. Results The positive rate of bacteria in dental handpieces, tri-tip guns, end-cutting pliers and needle holder was 100%. The number of bacteria ranged from 2 to 2 355 cfu / piece. Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter spp., Proteus spp. And Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected. The average positive rate of HBsAg was 7.9%. Oral and orthodontic instruments after cleaning and drying were immersed in 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant for 120 min, and a few surviving bacteria were detected on each instrument. HBsAg positive was still detected in dental cavity of dental drill; Orthodontic instruments of bacteria all qualified. Conclusion Oral orthodontic instruments were seriously polluted after the patient was used. After being soaked for 2 h with glutaraldehyde, the device could not reach the requirement of complete sterilization.
