采用金相分析、拉伸试验、SEM分析对模锻成形前后的AZ91镁合金进行微观组织和力学性能检测。结果表明:热锻成形后,合金的晶粒得到了细化;缩松压实、缩孔变小;力学性能提高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 magnesium alloy before and after die forging were investigated by metallographic analysis, tensile test and SEM. The results show that after hot forging, the grain size of the alloy is refined; the shrinkage compaction and shrinkage cavity become smaller; the mechanical properties are improved.
