目的分析我院中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)的特点、成因,促进中药注射剂在临床的合理应用。方法对我院2010～2011年收集的157例中药注射剂进行回顾性统计分析。结果本组ADR共累及9个系统/器官、60岁以上的老年患者ADR发生率最高为38.22。结论针对中药注射剂ADR的特点及成因,加强中药注射剂ADR的监测。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and causes of Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) in our hospital and to promote the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injection in clinic. Methods A retrospective statistical analysis of 157 Chinese traditional medicine injection collected in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 was performed. Results There were 9 systems / organs involved in ADR in this group. The highest incidence of ADR in elderly patients over 60 years old was 38.22. Conclusion In view of the characteristics and causes of traditional Chinese medicine injection ADR, strengthen the monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine injection ADR.
