在现代农业科学发展过程中,除了研究提高作物的产量之外,对提高作物的品质也提出了新的要求。因此,快速无损的测定作物及其种子中的营养元素,如N、P、K的含量,无疑具有重要的意义。 14Mev中子活化分析作物及种子中的元素,就是利用14Mev中子与待测样品中的元素发生核反应,测量反应产物的γ活性,从而测定某些物质中的不同元素含量。由于其快速、不破坏样品,因而在农业育种中有其独到的意义。我们应用这一技术分析了12个品系共28个小麦
