随着我国市场经济的迅速发展,各行各业的竞争程度越来越激烈,企业迫切需要一批具有开拓创新精神、实践能力强的营销人员。然而现阶段高职院校培养的学生存在缺乏主动性、创造性、动手操作能力差等问题,不能满足用人单位对人才的需求。本文阐释了培养学生主动性、创造性、动手操作能力有效实训教学方法,对高校培养营销专业学生具有借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the competition degree of all walks of life is more and more fierce. Enterprises urgently need a batch of marketers with innovative spirit and practical ability. However, there are some problems such as the lack of initiative, creativity and poor ability of hands-on training of students trained by vocational colleges at this stage, which can not meet the needs of employing units. This article explains how to cultivate students’ initiative, creativity and hands-on ability to effectively train students, which can be used as a reference for colleges and universities in training marketing students.
