某舰船用电液伺服阀中的关键零件弹簧管系用国产QBe2铍青铜棒料加工制成,设计寿命为1000小时,但在调机过程中仅运转了十几小时即发生断裂事故。在采用扫描电镜对失效弹簧管进行断口观察,并采用金相方法对失效零件及所用的铍青铜棒材进行全面分析后,本文认为该弹簧管的断裂性质属低应力脆性疲劳破坏,与加工不良以及棒料中存在呈长条状β相有直接关系。文中还就避免产生类似事故的若干问题提出了建议。
