肺癌血清酶学检测，近几年来测定血清总唾液酸（ＴａＴａｌＳｉａｌｉ ｃａｃｉｄ，ＴＳＡ），脂质结合唾液酸（Ｌｉｐｉｄ－ｂｏｕｎｄ ｃａｃｉｄ ＬＳＡ）对肺癌诊断，疗效及预后判定有一定价值。作者自１９９３年１月至１９９５年１月共观察２８例患者。现报道于下。１
