作为金税工程首批实施单位,世贷项目试点单位以及总局城市级广域网应用试点单位,青岛市国税局在税收电子化方面进行了成功的实践。据统计,目前青岛市国税局采用电子申报方式的纳税人达到纳税人总数的95％。多元化电子申报方式的应用,为青岛市国税系统实现“集中征收、分类管理、一级稽查”的征管模式奠定了坚实的基础。本刊特编发此文,以飨读者。
As the first implementation unit of the Golden Tax Project, pilot unit of World Loan Project and pilot unit for WAN application at city level of the General Administration of Taxation, Qingdao IRS conducted successful practices in tax electronization. According to statistics, at present, Qingdao IRS employs 95% of the total number of taxpayers who use electronic filing methods. The application of diversified electronic filing methods has laid a solid foundation for the collection and management of “centralized collection, classified management and first-level inspection” of the Qingdao tax system.
