对于生产聚氨酯浇注弹性体新型固化剂DADMT的温度程序控制,比较了继电式和可编程序控制器进行温度程序控制的两种方案。结果表明继电式具有性价比高,简单方便,维修成本低和易掌握等特点,非常适合于小型化工生产的控制,在某厂实际运行两年,效果较好。
For the temperature program control of the new curing agent DADMT for producing polyurethane casting elastomer, two schemes of relay program and programmable controller for temperature program control are compared. The results show that the relay has the characteristics of high performance-price ratio, simple and convenient, low maintenance cost and easy to grasp. It is very suitable for the control of small-scale chemical production.
