烟草中吡嗪和吡啶类香味成分含量及差异性研究

为了测定和比较不同烟叶及国内外代表性卷烟中的吡嗪、吡啶类香味成分含量的差异性,建立了烟草中吡嗪和吡啶类物质的同时蒸馏萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(SDE-GC-M S)测定法,优化了同时蒸馏萃取液的净化方法以及仪器测定条件。化合物的线性系数范围为0.9957~0.9999,RSD范围为5.3%~8.6%,回收率范围为73.0%~101.4%,检出限范围为0.0015~0.0029μg/g,可以满足烟草中吡啶、吡嗪类物质的定量测定。研究发现,产地对烟叶中吡嗪、吡啶类化合物含量影响较大;烟叶不同部位中吡嗪、吡啶类化合物差异性显著;不同品种烟叶中吡嗪、吡啶类化合物含量差异性较大,晒黄烟主要是吡啶类化合物含量较高,白肋烟中吡嗪类化合物含量相对较高;混合型卷烟烟丝中吡嗪、吡啶类香味成分含量明显高于烤烟型卷烟。 In order to determine and compare the differences of the contents of pyrazines and pyridines in different tobacco leaves and domestic and foreign representative cigarettes, the simultaneous distillation extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SDE- GC-M S) method to optimize the method of simultaneous purification of distillate extracts and instrument determination conditions.
