民族地区教师职业技能“5+X”培养模式包括教师语言技能、书写技能、教学工作技能、班主任工作技能、CAI课件制作技能等“五”项基本技能和具有民族特点的“X”项专业特色技能。目前,民族地区高师院校教师职业技能“5+X”培养模式改革还存在诸多困境,明确训练目标、构建“5+X”培养模式训练综合体系、丰富优化训练平台将成为民族地区教师职业技能“5+X”培养模式改革的核心。
“5 + X” training mode of ethnic minority teachers includes the teachers’ language skills, writing skills, teaching work skills, class work skills, CAI courseware production skills and other basic skills and national characteristics of “ X ”professional professional skills. At present, there are still many difficulties in the reform of the training mode of “5 + X” teacher professional skills in teachers colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas. The goal of training is clear, and a training system of “5 + X” training mode should be established to enrich the training platform for the nation Regional Teachers’ Vocational Skills and Core of “5 + X” Training Model Reform.
