合成了水杨醛亚胺中性镍配合物和二乙烯基乙酰丙酮铑催化体系。研究了环糊精对催化体系在水相中催化乙烯聚合的影响。结果表明:在温度20℃,乙烯压力4.0MPa,搅拌速率300r/min下聚合最佳。环糊精用量为1.0g时,聚合活性、聚乙烯(PE)相对分子质量和结晶度都增加。与在甲苯中聚合相比,聚合活性和PE相对分子质量降低,但结晶度和结晶温度较高,熔程较窄。
Synthesis of salicylaldimine neutral nickel complexes and divinyl acetylacetonate rhodium catalyst system. The effect of cyclodextrin on the catalytic ethylene polymerization in a water phase was studied. The results show that the polymerization is the best at a temperature of 20 ℃, an ethylene pressure of 4.0MPa and a stirring rate of 300r / min. When the amount of cyclodextrin was 1.0g, the polymerization activity and the relative molecular mass and crystallinity of polyethylene (PE) increased. Compared with the polymerization in toluene, the relative molecular weight of the polymerization activity and PE decreased, but the crystallinity and crystallization temperature were higher and the melting range was narrower.
