山地多功能履带式装载机是一款适合山地作业的小型农用机械,执行机构底座是关键部件之一,其性能直接影响装载机的作业能力。文中在分析装载机工作装置的工况和工作阻力的基础上,采用ADAMS动力学仿真软件得到了执行机构底座各铰接处在不同工况下的载荷。同时,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对执行机构底座进行了模态分析和静强度分析,并应用拓扑优化方法对其进行了轻量化设计。优化后底座质量减轻约44.15%,寿命约为19.4年,远高于现有的5~10年的设计寿命。
The mountain multi-purpose crawler loader is a small farm machinery suitable for mountain work, and the actuator base is one of the key components, whose performance directly affects the working ability of the loader. Based on the analysis of working conditions and working resistance of loader working device, ADAMS dynamic simulation software is used to get the load of hinge of actuator base under different operating conditions. At the same time, ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the modal analysis and static strength of the actuator base, and the lightweight design of the actuator was implemented by using topology optimization method. Optimized base mass reduction of about 44.15%, life expectancy of about 19.4 years, much higher than the existing 5 to 10 years of design life.
