靳三针结合注意力训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍疗效观察

目的:观察靳三针结合注意力训练治疗注意缺陷多动障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例患儿按照患儿家属自愿的原则分为2组,治疗组30例予靳三针治疗结合注意力训练,对照组30例予注意力训练,连续治疗3月观察疗效。结果:治疗组品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍及焦虑4个因子的分值治疗1.5月后、治疗3月后均比治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);冲动-多动、多动指数分值治疗3月后比治疗前降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对照组焦虑、多动指数2个因子的分值治疗3月后均比治疗前降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗1.5月后、治疗3月后品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、多动指数分值与对照组同期分值比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组;冲动-多动因子治疗组仅在治疗3月后与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组临床疗效总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组63.33%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:靳三针结合注意力训练治疗ADHD是有效的,能全面改善品行、心身障碍、焦虑、冲动多动等问题,提高学习能力;在改善6因子中除焦虑以外优于单纯注意力训练。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jin three acupuncture combined with attention training in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods: Sixty children were divided into two groups according to the voluntary principle of their children. The treatment group was treated with Jin three-needle therapy and attention training. The control group was given attention training and continuous treatment for three months to observe the curative effect. Results: After treatment for 1.5 months and after 3 months of treatment, the score of the four factors of product problems, learning problems, psychosomatic impairment and anxiety in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05) After 3 months of treatment, the score of moving and hyperactivity index decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Control group, anxiety, hyperactivity index scores of two factors after 3 months of treatment were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); treatment group after 1.5 months of treatment, after 3 months of treatment problems, learning problems (P <0.05), the treatment group was lower than that of the control group; the impulse-hyperactivity factor treatment group only had a significant difference with the control group after 3 months of treatment The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jin three-stitch combined with attention training in the treatment of ADHD is effective, can improve the behavior, psychosomatic disorders, anxiety, impulsive hyperactivity and other issues, improve learning ability; improve six factors except anxiety than simple attention training.
