通过对中国法学教育四个纠结问题的追问式厘正,普通本科法学教育有了存在的合理性,进而开始法学教育新常态的核心特征阐释:法学教育实践性趋强,法律职业伦理教育的强化,法学教育竞争性白热化,法学教育供给侧结构性改革。然而,新常态背景下的普通本科法学教育存在着三大窘境:甸考率下降、考研率下降、法检招录功利性逃离、强者愈强,弱者愈弱。这些法学教育新常态背景下的普通本科法学教育的现时困境,可通过差异竞争、特色取胜,先修内功、内涵提升,借力发展、开放办学,区域法学、协同发展的发展战略化解。
By querying the four tangle problems in Chinese law education, there is the rationality of law undergraduate education, and then the core features of the new normal of legal education are beginning to be explained: the practicality of law education is tenacious, and the strengthening of legal professional ethics education The intense competition in law education and the supply-side structural reform in law education. However, under the new normal background, there are three major dilemmas in undergraduate law education: the drop in test scores, the drop in test scores, and the fugitive prosecutions to flee, the stronger the stronger, the weaker the weaker. The current dilemmas of undergraduate law education under the new normal of legal education can be resolved through the development strategy of differentiation competition, characteristic victory, prestige internal strength improvement, connotation improvement, leveraging on development, opening up of schools, regional jurisprudence and coordinated development.
