本文以某生产厂家的一台数控双主轴车床为研究对象,根据齐次坐标变换原理,推导出了该机床的几何误差和热误差的综合数学模型。在此数学模型中包括了该机床几何误差和热误差的23个误差因子。经基于此误差综合数学模型的补偿,工件之间的尺寸变化可从原来的60μm以上降低到14μm,工件的锥度变化可从50μm/cm以上降低到15μm/cm,大幅度地提高了机床的加工精度。
